Space Camp Türkiye's Special Program.

Please fill out this form to apply and confirm your responsibilities as
Local Coordinator.

The form must be submitted by January 15, 2025, and will also confirm your participation in the program.

Overview of Local Coordinator Responsibilities:
Inform Students: Provide information about the special program designed for students aged 12 to 15.
Distribute Application Link: Distribute the application link along with the designated 'Special Program Application ID' to students who meet the eligibility criteria.
Manage Application Submissions: Ensure that student application forms are submitted by the deadline. The number of completed forms should exceed the allocated spots for special program participants by 50%. For instance, if 10 spots are allocated, at least 15 application forms must be submitted to allow Space Camp Türkiye to select the final participants.
Ensure the Application Process is Complete: Verify that all students have completed the application forms and included the required documents, which must be completed and approved by a parent by the deadline. Incomplete applications will not be considered by Space Camp Türkiye.
Manage or Delegate Reservation and Transportation Processes: After the special program application process, either manage the reservation and transportation operations for students yourself or appoint someone to handle these duties.
Provide Guidance or Assign a Chaperone: Serve as a Chaperone to guide and assist students throughout the program, or appoint another individual to take on this role. Ensure that anyone serving as a Chaperone is over the age of 25.
Organize Transportation Funding: Arrange for transportation costs through local sponsors or ensure that participants cover their own expenses.
